Onboard vendors and track their
insurance without the spreadsheet.

Send each subcontractor a branded link. They upload their W-9, COI, banking info, and signed NDA, and enter their insurance expiration date. VendorPack shows you at a glance who is complete, who is expiring, and who is missing documents.

Free for up to 3 vendors. No card required. The demo shows exactly what your vendors see.

1

Add a vendor

Name, trade, and email. Each vendor gets a unique, no-login intake link.

2

They upload docs

The vendor uploads W-9, COI, banking, and NDA, and enters their COI expiry date.

3

You stay compliant

A dashboard flags expiring and expired COIs and missing documents, with reminders.

For general contractors

Stop chasing subs for paperwork by email. One link collects everything, and you can see who is missing what before they set foot on site.

For property managers

Keep every vendor's Certificate of Insurance current. Get a heads up 30 days before a policy lapses instead of finding out after a claim.

Stupidly simple

No integrations, no logins for your vendors. A link out, documents and a compliance dashboard back. That is the whole product.

Frequently asked questions

Do my vendors need to create accounts?

No. Each vendor gets a unique intake link. They open it, upload their documents, and enter their insurance details. That is the whole flow, and there is a live demo of it linked on this page.

What documents does VendorPack collect?

W-9, Certificate of Insurance, banking info, and a signed NDA, plus the COI expiration date and policy number. PDF, JPG, or PNG up to 10 MB each.

How do expiration reminders work?

VendorPack checks your vendors daily and flags certificates that are expiring or lapsed on your dashboard, and emails you before they lapse.

Does VendorPack verify the certificates?

No. It collects, organizes, and tracks what your vendors provide. Deciding whether coverage is sufficient stays with you or your insurance advisor.

What does the free plan include?

Up to 3 vendors with the full intake and tracking flow. That is enough to run one real project on it before paying anything.
